We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients and minimize any disruptions, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our cancellation fee policies:

- Cancellations
Please provide us with at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel, reschedule or change your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the time slot to another client. This includes requests to change services, for example, changing a full highlight and haircut to just a haircut. - Cancellation Fee
Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without prior notification, will be subject to a cancellation fee. When less than 24 hours notice is given, the fee will be equivalent to 50 percent of the scheduled service cost. Appointments that are missed with no notice are considered a no-show and will be charged 100 percent of the scheduled service cost. - Rescheduling
If you need to change your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Please call the salon directly at 905 842 9432. If we are unable to answer, please leave a voicemail. While we do send text message reminders, this is an automated service and texting this number does not reach us directly, and is therefore not considered a proper method of cancellation. - Payment of Fee
To secure your appointment, we now require a credit card number at the time of booking. This card will only be used in the event that our cancellation policy is not followed. Without providing a card number, we will not be able to hold your appointment. Thank you for your understanding. - Repeat Offenders
Clients who frequently miss appointments or cancel without sufficient notice may be required to prepay for future appointments or may be refused service. - Unprepared Clients
We kindly request that all curly-haired clients arrive at their appointments with their hair worn down and fully dry in its natural state, preferably day of washing or second day, light product use is fine. This allows the stylist to work with your natural curl pattern. If you arrive with your hair wet, in a bun, ponytail, braid, or matted, it may hinder our ability to perform the service correctly, and we may need to reschedule the appointment. As our administrative team would have informed you of these requirements, a potential charge may apply if the service cannot be completed due to improper preparation.
